Spa Etiquette and 48 Hour Cancelation Policy

Your time is important to us. We shall do our very best to ensure that your time with us is a relaxing, leisurely, and fully pampered experience. We do ask, however, that if something comes up and you are unable to make your appointment, please give us  a 48 hour notice so that we may fill that time slot with another booking. Please understand that with enough notice, we may be able to have another client come in your place to ensure that our aestheticians do not miss out on the opportunity to sustain their income. Last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments are subject to a 100% charge for the services booked. Please understand that we are a small spa and our services are in high demand, so sending a notice in advance is highly appreciated when you are unable to make an appointment. Please note that gift certificate holders are subject to the same policy.
